Catherine Connolly's practice investigates the ways in which emotional and psychological concerns may be extended into expanded sculptural practice. It explores methods in which notions of love, interdependency and failure can be examined as both emotions and ideas while simultaneously engaging with and subverting Minimalist and Post Minimalist languages, and ideas around matter and materiality.
