What are mandalas and how have they been made by different cultures? On Saturday, May 7th, kids and their caretakers will join teaching artist Elizabeth Velazquez to learn the history and practice of this ancient symbol and ritual. The workshop will begin by looking at some examples of mandalas from all over the world. Following a demonstration of the various techniques, kids will create their own mandalas. Great gift for Mother's Day! We hope you will join us on May 7th.
